14-year-old Lucy Achivor, a member of Obuasi Anyinam District Central Assembly of The Church of Pentecost, surprised everyone at the 2018 Easter convention at the Bidieso zone, when she played the bass guitar with dexterity.

Playing of the musical instrument, especially the bass guitar is a male dominated activity, but Lucy, who is third year student of St. Augustine Junior High School, opted to learn it.

When asked about her reason and motivation for choosing to play the bass guitar, she said her father, Elder Eric Achivor, who is a legend lead guitarist, is her motivation. She also said she wanted to do something extraordinary to the glory of God.
