Other topics to be treated at the advanced level include, “Baptism, Gifts and Fruit of the Holy Spirit,” “Creation Care,” “Effective Assimilation Structures,” and “Mentoring and Coaching the Next Generation.”

The course module is structured to comprise foundation level, also known as pre-ordination course and the advanced level, which is designed for ordained officers. Participants would be issued with certificates after the end of the training programme. A total of about 3,200 participants are expected to attend the training programme in the Area.
