Ziavi Dzogbe District Gets Mission House

The Ziavi Dzogbe District Mission House in the Ho Area of The Church of Pentecost has been dedicated to the good of God.

The ceremony which took place on Thursday, September 13, 2018, was attended by the Ho Area pastorate and their wives, officers and members of the Church. It was also attended by minsters from sister churches in the Ziavi Dzogbe township as well as the chiefs and people of the community.

Dedicating the house, the Area Head of Ho, Apostle Moses Kwame Ahiakor, prayed that the presence of God will fill the house always. He encouraged all and sundry to seek advice, counseling, prayers and solutions from the minister in the mission house, saying, “The minister is there not for only church members but for everybody.”

Speaking on the topic, “The Privileges of Christ Jesus” with biblical texts from 2 Corinthians 8:9 and Matthew 8:18-20, the District Minister of Dzemeni, Pastor Daniel Teye Narh, said that the Lord Jesus has placed anyone found in Him above an altitude of immeasurability.

“We do not deserve what we are enjoying but for the sake of Christ, we are benefitting, even to the extent that Christ has taken away our negativity and given us His positivity. This is what I call ‘the privileges of Christ,’” he pointed out.

Among the privileges in Christ that Christians can enjoy are His riches, forgiveness of sins, healing, and victorious life, saying, “Because of us, Christ who was God reduced Himself to become a servant to serve and protects us, and to intercede on our behalf.”

The project which commenced in 2017 was completed with a total cost of GH¢123,793.92.

Expressing his appreciation to God, the District Minister for Ziavi Dzogbe, Overseer Michael Edjouku Arthur, thanked all those who assisted the district in diverse ways to complete the building.
